Problem

My client felt her jowls were sagging. She didn't like the lines at the side of her mouth (marionettes) and the sagging under her eyes.  She felt she looked tired and droopy.

Solution

I recommended the insertion of 1ml of sub q dermal filler in her Submalar cheek area (under the cheekbone) to not only help with lost volume, but to also assist in gently lifting the lower face. 

 

The second part of the treatment was the insertion of 1ml of dermal filler in the marionettes area.  

 

The final stage involved 3 areas of botulinum toxin in the upper face area.

• Increased volume back in the cheeks

• Decreased fat in the Nasolabial fold area

• Removal of marionette lines

• Decreased jowl sagging

I recommended the insertion of 2.5ml of sub q dermal filler in her cheek area to lift some excess skin from the lower part of the face and into the upper face, over two treatment sessions (two weeks apart).  

 

The second part of the treatment was the insertion of 1 ml of dermal filler in the marionette area.
